Starter and Pro are intended exclusively for training your own organisation (internal, non-commercial use). Commercial use – in particular selling training or courses, paid access for third parties, and running courses for several independent customers or schools (training companies, education providers, resellers) – is permitted from Business upwards.

Transparency

How we count

Active learners: People who log in at least once during the billing month. Registered accounts without a login do not count, but are limited separately.
Active courses: Published courses with learning activity in the month. Drafts and archived courses do not count.
Course length: Calculated on save: video and audio length, reading time (200 words per minute), about 1 minute per quiz question and fixed values for interactive elements.
Embedding: Anonymous views of embedded courses use a separate quota and do not count as active learners. Anyone who identifies by email or login counts as an active learner.
No hard lock: If you exceed a limit, we do not block you but offer an add-on. After three consecutive months we recommend the right plan.
